To be a world class athlete you need to work hard. The desire to be great must be real and honest. If you don't want it 100% there is someone that will want it more than you and work harder than you.

Sports are pretty fair in that way. If you work harder chances are good you will have more success. Heart can also stand for courage. Being at the start of some of the world’s toughest downhills and thinking about how to be fast and not the risk involved takes a lot of heart.
