Sounds like a great night, hope they both really enjoyed their joint celebration. I'm sure your dad has helped celebrate you on many occasions, and it's only fair that you throw him a fantastic party on his big day! Did grandma join the party too?

Sounds like a very nice evening! I think it's always wonderful to spend time with family and friends ... especially if you do not see them that often during the season (or in my case because you moved away from home).
