Last week of hard workout

We’ve training every day together this week. Me and Kjetil from the World-Cup team + some juniors and Europa-Cup guys. Three sessions every day from early morning till afternoon. This probably and hopefully the last full week of workout before the season starts. We wanna ski! The pic is from todays coordination training. Compared to the some of the pros working out here we look terrible. But I guess so would they in on the mountain.

30.000$ for a bib!!

I sent one of the red bibs you get for leading/winning the World- Cup to a friend in New York. It was sold at an auction to raise money for scholarships for deserving young skiers who cannot afford to attend a school named Green Mountain Valley School (GMVS) without financial support. It raised an amazing 30.000$!!! That’s awesome. I never thought that was possible. I guess there were plenty of skiers there, it raised more than a signed tennis racquet from the US open winner.

My dads 60th birthday today. His wife was 40 this summer, so today they celebrate 100the years. So far its a great party with lots of fun people, good food, awesome wine and fun people aboute to get funnier.

At a photo studio in Salzburg with a few others from the Atomic team. Very happy to see Daniel Albrecht back in good old shape. From what I can tell he looks fit. Telling jokes and acting like the way I remember him from the start of last season.

Held a presentation for First Securities at Oslo Plaza than jumped on the airport express train to catch my flight to Munich. Have to be in salzburg tomorrow morning, so flying tonight was the only option. Barely made it. Last guy to check in...
